Fully responsible for establishing, maintaining and optimizing the company's EHS management system，overall planning of environmental, health and safety (EHS) management throughout the entire process of pharmaceutical and medical device production, ensuring compliance with domestic and international regulations as well as internal enterprise standards, and preventing EHS risks.
全面负责建立、维护和优化工厂EHS 管理体系，统筹工厂医药及医疗器械生产全流程的环境、健康与安全管理，确保符合国内外法规及企业内部标准，防范 EHS 风险。

Qualification Requirment 任职资格

1) Bachelor's degree or above in safety engineering, environmental engineering, chemical engineering or other EHS-related majors.
本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、化学工程等EHS 相关专业；

2) At least 8-10 years of EHS-related work experience, including 3-5 years of EHS team management experience，EHS work experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing industry (especially European and American enterprises）is preferred；
至少 8-10 年 EHS 相关工作经验，其中 3-5 年 EHS 团队管理经验，医药或医疗器械外资制造业 EHS 工作经验优先； 

3) Proficiency in EHS management systems, familiar with domestic and international EHS and ESG-related regulations， 
精通 EHS 管理体系，熟悉国内外EHS、ESG相关法规；

4) Excellent cross-departmental communication ability，communicate smoothly with government regulatory authorities and third-party institutions.
具备优秀的跨部门沟通能力，以及外部对接能力

5) Fluent English reading,writing and oral skills 
具备流利的英语读写及口语能力

6) Strong pressure resistance, able to cope with high-pressure work scenarios such as EHS audits and emergencies
