As a Senior Product Manager  at B. Braun you will play a vital role in…

  1. Perform a range of activities to effectively market assigned products/services, such as
  2. conducting market research; overseeing product development and design; setting prices;
  3. launching new products; overseeing advertising campaigns; and monitoring sales
  4. performance.
  5. Create marketing campaigns / product promotion plans for key focus products with the input
  6. from sales teams, customers.
  7. Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against
  8. forecasts; and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of the product/service.
  9. Monitor, analyse, and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to
  10. identify market opportunities for the product/service
  11. Drive/deliver marketing events (such as seminars) and coordinate with the sales teams for
  12. implementation.
  13. Develop new product features and benefits in partnership with manufacturers and regional
  14. market teams. Ensure the effective implementation to the sales team.
  15. Develop and enhance KOL relationship to support B. Braun in CE, educational activities.
  16. Provide regular sales performance analysis for the marketing manager to monitor the
  17. achievement against targets and identify improvement areas.
  18. Determine, develop and deliver required product knowledge for roles across business to
  19. ensure effective sales and operations.
  20. Provide in-field product training/coaching to both internal and external stakeholders, as
  21. required.
  22. Via self-directed learning, proactive and effective involvement in training and development,
  23. and market research, ensure ongoing currency of; product and market knowledge, sales
  24. skills, systems knowledge, and internal processes.
  25. Liaise with advertising and promotions specialists to design sales campaigns and sales
  26. collateral for the product/service that are effective and appropriate for the target audience.
  27. Report adverse event and complaint case to responsible personnel in a timely manner as trained

What you will bring to the team: 

  1. University graduate preferable major in bio-health area, marketing & business
    administration
  2. Preferable experience of marketing & sales in surgery filed including equipment and surgery instrument.  
  3. Experience of multi-cultural environment and ability to cooperate with cross functional teams preferred. 
  4. Operational experience in working with field sales teams & cross functional support teams.


Specific knowledge /skills

  1. Strong project management, analytical, planning and presentation skills.
  2. Effective business planning, event organization and implementation skills
  3. Good initiative and self-motivated
  4. Ability to work under tight deadlines/pressures
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Skillful in MS office and ERP programs
  7. Intermediate English or higher
