As a Senior Executive - Supply Chain Management at B.Braun, you will play a vital role in in ensuring seamless logistics operations, from goods receiving to delivery, while maintaining strict compliance with GMP, GDP, and customs regulations. You’ll collaborate with 4PL providers, brokers, and internal teams to optimize inventory, troubleshoot discrepancies, and uphold quality standards across the supply chain.
Your key responsibilities:
- Oversee 4PL logistics operations to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP), and timely, accurate goods receiving and delivery.
- Coordinate customs clearance and shipment arrangements with brokers, ensuring all import/export activities comply with regulatory requirements.
- Manage inventory and stock activities, including optimizing stock levels, minimizing obsolescence, supporting annual stock destruction, and handling product damage and complaints.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance, including monthly KPI reviews, cost efficiency tracking, and SAP data management for material master and purchase info records.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness, supporting GDP audits and maintaining adherence to customs and local authority guidelines for all logistics transactions.
What you will bring to the team:
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain and Logistics Management or equivalent.
- Min 3 - 5 years' working experience in Inventory Planning, Warehouse and Logistics field within Medical Devices industry preferably.
- Knowledge in distribution and warehousing management in accordance with GMP and GDP requirements.
- Experienced in SAP system (MM, SD modules).
