As a Senior Executive - HR at B. Braun you will play a vital role in executing key HR functions — from compensation & benefits and talent acquisition to learning & development, HR initiatives and projects, as well as employee relations at the heart of our people operations.
Your key responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent aligned with business goals.
- Manage compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, training & development, and employee relations programs.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, calculate variable pay, and support annual salary reviews.
- Prepare and monitor C&B budgets, and support financial audits by providing relevant HR data.
- Liaise with consultants, agencies, and government bodies for benchmarking, recruitment, payroll, and compliance.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, offer design, and onboarding.
- Plan training programs, manage budgets, and coordinate with internal and external training providers.
- Administer performance management tools, support process improvements, and lead HR digitalization projects.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Min 3 years of experience in Payroll / Compensation & Benefit, with min 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Talent Development preferred.
- Above average English proficiency, able to communicate in English.
