As a Senior Compliance Manager at B. Braun Group you will play a vital role in ensuring the company's operations adhere to laws, industry standards, and internal policies, fostering a compliance culture, and ensuring the company's compliant and sustainable operations.

Your key responsibilities:

1. Strategic Management of Compliance System
- Lead the establishment and continuous optimization of the company’s compliance management system, covering the entire chain of institutional processes, risk control, and monitoring & auditing. Ensure alignment with global headquarters standards and Chinese regulations accroding to the RACI Matrix provided by the Group Compliance Office
- Develop compliance strategies and annual plans; draft or update compliance guidelines for key areas (e.g., anti-commercial bribery, third-party management, data privacy); and promote in-depth integration of compliance with business strategies.                                                         

- Regularly report compliance status to the management team and global headquarters; provide systematic risk analysis and rectification recommendations; and support compliance assessments for major decisions (e.g., new business model, M&A cooperation)  monitor carefully the devlopment regarding new regulations, expecially regarding compliance and think ahead regaridng the implementation into the compliance organisation

2. Full-process Risk Management and Control
- Organize regular compliance risk assessments to identify potential risks in marketing, sales, and other aspects (e.g.,academic promotion compliance, CSO service compliance and clinical trial compliance). Establish a risk database and develop mitigation plans.                                   

- Lead compliance monitoring and audits, covering key scenarios such as expense reimbursement, HCP cooperation, and academic conferences. Follow up on rectification implementation and establish a long-term supervision mechanism.                                                           

- Manage compliance reporting channels; lead investigations into non-compliance incidents (e.g., commercial bribery, false reimbursement); and coordinate with the legal team to handle regulatory inquiries and crisis response.

3. Training & Culture Building
- Establish a hierarchical training system; design specialized courses for executives, sales staff, new employees, etc. (covering contents such as anti-bribery, latest regulations, case studies etc.); and achieve 100% annual training coverage.
- Promote the implementation of integrity culture through internal campaigns and case-sharing sessions; and integrate compliance indicators into the performance evaluation of business teams.  

4. International Exposure & AI Utilizing                                                                                                                                                                         

- Thriving in a regional team of Compliance Officers that drives initiatives benefiting the entire APAC region, with a scope that extends beyond a sole focus on China.                                    - Emphasizing the potential of AI technology to streamline and enhance the efficiency of compliance-related tasks.

5. Internal & External Collaboration                                                                                                                                        

- Liaise with the global Compliance Office to ensure consistency between local policies and Headquarter standards; maintain regular communication with regulatory authorities and respond promptly to policy updates.                                                                

- Lead third-party compliance management; establish due diligence processes and annual review mechanisms, covering distributors, suppliers, and other cooperative partners.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, or Financial Auditing, or related fields.
  • More than 10 years of compliance experience in healthcare industry including compliance investigation skills.
  • ≥ 5 years of multi-function compliance management experience.
  • Fluent Mandarin and spoken/ written English mandatory.
  • Proficient with powerpoint, excel and word, AI tools (e.g. deep seek)
