Within B. Braun Avitum AG, we are looking for a Specialist (f/m/d) IT Systems & Business Applications for our Global Technical Service department at the Melsungen site.

The advertised position represents a key function within the support process for digital products and solutions in the field of dialysis and infusion therapy, such as Renal Care Suite and Online Suite Plus. These solutions are used worldwide and contribute to optimizing therapy processes.

In the role of Specialist (f/m/d) IT Systems & Business Applications, you will act as a global interface to our internal and external IT consultants and maintain remote contact with local sales organizations as well as the marketing and development departments on site.

 

Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the setup and support of the software applications mentioned in clinical and patient-related environments
  • When our local contacts require assistance, we rely on you!
  • You support our global country organizations in problem-solving via ticketing system, email, and other communication channels, and, if necessary, also on site. Travel activity normally does not exceed 10% of total working time
  • You train our local specialists as part of training sessions and ensure global understanding of the functionality of the digital solutions described.
  • You create and maintain technical documentation, such as guidelines, installation manuals, FAQs, etc.

 

Professional Competencies:

  • You hold a successfully completed technical or business degree with a focus on IT
  • You have several years of professional experience in IT service and support and demonstrate strong customer orientation
  • You have a strong interest in network technologies (LAN/WiFi), Windows server infrastructures and/or cloud applications.
  • You possess very good skills in common MS Office applications as well as ticketing and CRM tools
  • Your excellent English skills, both written and spoken, enable you to communicate confidently with colleagues from around the world
