As a part of the B. Braun Group, in B. Braun Medical EOOD we are looking for System administrator for our office in Sofia.

 

Main responsibilities:

 

  • Providing specialized support and corrective actions for assigned IT / software systems
  • Installs, configures and maintains laptops, printers and other peripherals; diagnosis and repairs hardware issues including component replacements and upgrades
  • Ensuring mutual communication flow between global, region & country and provides onsite support on local language
  • In-country implementation and execution of global/regional strategies/plans/initiatives in consideration of local circumstances
  • Gives technical support to the end users, incl. trainings of the end users
  • Ensuring availability of required materials, documentation, and tools
  • Supporting the sales team with offers, quotations, tenders, and software-related matters
  • Acting as the main contact for external parties regarding software and hardware orders, maintenance, and related matters
  • Responsible for resolving issues within own competency or escalating when necessary
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining software licenses
  • Manages inventory of IT equipment and coordinates procurement when necessary
  • Ensuring target achievement and cost management on site

 

 

Our requirements

 

  • Diploma in applied computer science, computer engineering, electronics, or equivalent significant professional experience
  • Solid technical knowledge of IT systems and relevant software platforms
  • Fluent English
  • Expertise in software applications, with advanced computer skills in MS Office and ERP systems; SQL, MS Dynamics Nav and similar platforms are considered as strong advantage
  • Knowledge of state-of-the-art IT and future trends, combined with a strong business mindset
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; critical and decisive personality
  • Results-oriented, yet hands-on business partner
  • Strong interpersonal skills and transformational leadership
  • Team player with a high sense of responsibility
  • Positively influences others
