To strengthen our API & Messaging Team, we are looking for an experienced Solace Messaging Consultant / Engineer to help shape and evolve our Event-Driven Architecture (EDA).
You will be involved in the ideation and creation of our next generation Digital Products. Our innovative solutions are tailor-made to fulfill the unique needs and high-quality standards of our partners and customers in the healthcare industry. Your tasks in the team
- Work in an Agile environment where teamwork is at its best, no exceptions
- Consult on the design, deployment, and optimization of messaging solutions powered by Solace PubSub+
- Advocate for Event Broker technologies and EDA patterns across the organization, driving awareness, adoption, and best practices.
- Contribute actively as a core member of the API & Messaging Team, enabling scalable, event-driven integrations across enterprise systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain Solace infrastructure in cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments.
- Support integration of Solace with existing systems (e.g. SAP, Microservices, APIs)
- Develop best practices for event streaming, topic hierarchies, and governance
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for development and operations teams
- Work closely with architecture, DevOps, and security teams to ensure robust, secure solutions.
Your experience in your backpack
- Several years of hands-on experience with Solace PubSub+ or comparable messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ).
- Deep understanding of Event-Driven Architecture, messaging patterns, and API integration methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a strong advantage.
- Passion for technology evangelism and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a structured working style
