As a part of the B. Braun Group, in B. Braun Medical EOOD we are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist for our office in Sofia.

Main responsibilities:

- Work with the products from the B. Braun portfolio by processing orders from customers, preparing tender documents in line with the company’s pricing policy and internal processes;
- Support sales and marketing activities of B. Braun products by organizing and managing the administrative activities related to this process;
- Take responsibility for the administrative activities related to the implementation of commercial turnover, ensuring compliance with gross profit requirements;
- Build stable contacts with clients and business partners in order to develop current or future business;
- Perform duties in accordance with departmental management projects or business solutions and services (including financing operations);
- Assist the organization in promotional activities, i.e. congresses, symposiums, advertisements, trainings, etc.;
- Manage customer relationships (customer history, available customer database, profit and loss analysis of the respective SBA's order);
- Analyze the needs of customers and business partners;
- Process deliveries and orders from and to customers;
- Exercise operational control over the development of deliveries to customers;
- Use the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics NAV to prepare invoices and document delivered goods;
- Manage orders – from receipt to invoicing;
- Monitor order entry and confirm orders/prices/delivery time;
- Coordinate deliveries with the logistics service provider and with the sales service team;
- Handle demonstration and sample goods, including full logistical coordination and scheduling of demonstration equipment;
- Process warranty claims;
- Prepare and update reports for sales of goods and services;
- Prepare documentation for the client.


Our requirements:

- University degree in Medicine, Economics, Pharmacy, Technical or Engineering discipline, Law, or relevant business experience;
- Fluent in English;
- Proficiency in MS Office and email systems;
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV will be considered an advantage;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; critical and decisive personality;
- Results-oriented person;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Team player with a high sense of responsibility.
