At B. Braun, we shape the future of healthcare through collaboration, innovation, and care. To strengthen our organization in Bulgaria, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on generalist expertise. 

You will partner closely with leaders across Sales, Administrative Services, IT Development, and potentially a Production site, enabling the business and empowering our people to thrive. 

You will be the primary HR partner to local leadership and a handson HR generalist owning core HR processes. You’ll translate business strategy into people plans, coach managers, and ensure compliant, efficient HR operations in line with Bulgarian legislation and B. Braun standards. 

 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Act as trusted HR partner for SalesAdministrative Services and IT Development. 
  • Support workforce planning, organizational design, talent management and change initiatives. 
  • Manage endtoend recruitment and ensure a professional candidate and onboarding experience. 
  • Drive the annual HR cycle (goals, performance, development) and coordinate training activities. 
  • Ensure compliance with Bulgarian Labour Code, social insurance rules, HSE and GDPR. 
  • Support employee relations, issue resolution and engagement activities. 
  • Oversee essential HR operations, contracts, HR data accuracy, and payroll interfaces. 
  • Contribute to regional HR projects and ensure alignment with global HR processes. 

 

Job Requirements 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields. 

Professional Experience 

  • Several years of HRBP and/or Senior HR Generalist experience in an international environment. 
  • Experience supporting multiple functions (Sales, IT, Admin; Production experience is an advantage). 
  • Strong background in recruitment and annual HR cycles. 

Skills & Competencies 

  • Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian Labor and Social Insurance legislation. 
  • Strong communication, influencing and coaching skills. 
  • Handson, structured and proactive working style. 
  • Fluency in Bulgarian and English (written and spoken). 
  • Excellent MS Office skills; SAP / SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
