Your key responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and deliver budget with healthy contribution margin .
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals across hospitals and accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within pharmaceutical and critical care portfolio.
- Manage product portfolio across key accounts to ensure availability, usage, and clinical alignment.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements.
- Monitor orders, resolve customer issues, and ensure timely follow-ups including complaints handling.
- Gather market and competitor insights to support sales and marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with GDP, GDPMDS, and company SOPs.
What you will bring to the team
- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related sales is preferred.
- Fresh graduates, particularly those with a Pharmacy background and relevant internship experience, are encouraged to apply.
- Registered Pharmacists or pharmacy professionals interested in transitioning into a corporate career within the pharmaceutical industry are also welcome to apply.
