Job Purpose:
- Assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the corporate services functions and duties
- Carry out responsibilities in some functional areas (ie. training and development, benefits, compensation, organization development and employment).
Role and Responsibilities:
- Handle telephone calls and attend to visitors/guests of the company
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, faxes and e-mails received through general e-mail addresses
- Handle maintenance of office equipment (excluding printers, IP phone system & imaging system)
- Receiving, documentation & prompt forwarding of product complaints to local responsible person
- Update of employee manual, organization structure, organization chart, contact lists & upload onto Intranet
- Maintain personnel records using the HR filing system
- Issuance of Letter of Undertaking for staff inventory (ie. office keys, medical card, etc.)
- Claims & staff travel administration
- Submission of monthly HR reports & SMO checklist;
- Ensure organization structure, employee manual, contact lists and HR records are always up-to-date
- Ensure all staff have a clear understanding of the organisation’s business objectives and policies
Professional Competancies:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level
- 1 - 2 year of relevant working experience, open to fresh grads
- Good command of English both written & communication
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and Outlook, Prosoft & SAP Successfactor is an advantage
- Self-motivated and has strong initiative
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
