Your Role:
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Specialist to support the continued growth of our Sterile Goods Management (SGM) and Surgical Solutions portfolio across Yorkshire and North East.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic field-based team where you will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships, and expanding our presence within NHS and healthcare organisations.
Working closely with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers, you will build trusted partnerships, identify and convert new opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions that make a real difference to clinical practice and patient outcomes

- Job Title: Medical Sales Specialist
- Department: Sterile Goods Management
- Location: Field Based, covering Yorkshire and North East
- Working Hours: 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday
- Contract: Permanent
Your main responsibilities:
- Achieve sales growth through effective territory and account management.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across NHS and healthcare customers.
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Promote our Sterile Goods Management and Surgical Solutions portfolio through demonstrations and customer engagement activities.
- Develop and deliver business plans to maximise territory performance.
- Work closely with internal teams to provide outstanding customer support.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline information within Salesforce.
What you need to succeed:
- A working knowledge of the NHS and healthcare environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage and influence healthcare professionals and senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently, deliver excellent customer service, and build trusted relationships.
- The willingness and ability to learn technical information and apply it effectively in customer interactions.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with a strategic approach to managing priorities and opportunities.
- A driven, enthusiastic and resilient mindset, with a passion for achieving results and embracing new challenges.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
