Reward Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated and talented individual to support the maintenance, implementation and ongoing development of our pay and reward framework. As a Reward Analyst, you will work closely with the Reward Manager to provide specialist and analytical insight, forming the foundation of our reward strategy.

Key Details:

 

  • Location: Head Office, Sheffield, S35 2PW
  • Working Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday
  • Contract: Permanent

 

Your main responsibilities:

 

  • Benchmarking positions for recruitment and promotions
  • Providing analysis and insights to key internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining bonus target records throughout the year
  • Supporting equity analysis and gender pay gap reporting
  • Preparing data for the annual pay review
  • Keeping pay and reward systems accurate and up to date

 

What you need to succeed:

 

  • Experience within total reward and/or compensation
  • A working knowledge of MS Excel (including formulas and pivot tables)
  • A passion for numbers and analysis
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • A growth mindset and a positive approach to change
