Salary: £24,833 per annum

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an assessment centre in Sheffield on Monday 27th April. This is a full‑day commitment, and you will be required to be available for the entire day.

About you:
Whether you're a student seeking a 12‑month industrial placement, looking to take the first step in your career, or hoping to gain experience in healthcare strategy and analysis, this internship could be ideal for you. You may be working towards, or already hold a degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Biomedical Science, Healthcare Management, Business, or a related subject. You may also have gained relevant experience through academic projects, or previous roles involving research, analysis, or healthcare environments.
About the Internship:
Our internship program offers you the chance to gain hands‑on experience in healthcare, analytics, and strategic value creation. Working with the Value, Evidence and Sustainability Team, you’ll help identify, measure, and communicate the value of B. Braun’s products and services across multiple therapy areas. You’ll gain exposure to NHS priorities, value‑based procurement healthcare, evidence generation, and sustainability initiatives, while contributing to real projects that support internal teams and customer‑facing work.
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting the development of value messages by gathering and interpreting clinical, operational, economic, and real‑world insights across therapy areas.
- Assisting in the creation of value dossiers, that summarise and communicate the value of key solutions and care pathways.
- Conducting desk research, literature scanning, and simple analysis to support evidence generation and strategic business area (SBA) projects.
- Translating insights into clear written and visual content.
- Contributing to value‑based tender submissions by gathering supporting evidence, sustainability examples, and outcome‑focused insights.
- Providing support on cross‑SBA value initiatives, ensuring alignment and consistent messaging across business areas.
- Supporting preparation and background research for engagement with external bodies.
- Conducting horizon scanning to monitor NHS policy developments and wider market trends.
- Carrying out any additional tasks consistent with the nature of the role.
