Your Role:

Are you ready to shape the story and the success of some of B. Braun’s most established and high impact healthcare products?

We’re looking for a Product Manager who loves being the central point of expertise - bringing clarity, creativity and momentum to the portfolio; keeping products moving, optimising solutions, driving marketing strategy, and a strong communicator across internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you’ll drive the performance and development of our Continence and Ostomy portfolio, including well‑known brands such as Actreen and Uro‑Tainer. You’ll enjoy a true mix of product and project management, creative content creation, and stakeholder engagement.

You’ll be the go‑to expert for products - helping deliver and communicate the best solutions for customers and patients.

Key details:

  • Job Title: Product Manager
  • Department: Woundcare, Ostomy & Continence
  • Location: Home based, with flexibility to attend the Sheffield head office and customer meetings as required, participate in quarterly national meetings, national exhibitions, and travel internationally when needed.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
  • Contract: Permanent

Your main responsibilities: 

  • Leading the management and strategic direction of our Continence & Ostomy product portfolio
  • Designing and delivering impactful marketing, digital, and promotional campaigns
  • Working collaboratively with field‑based teams, key customers, senior management and global teams
  • Leading demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and exhibitions
  • Gather and translate market insights and competitor analysis to drive competitive advantage
  • Supporting launch excellence for new products, driving growth of existing ones, and bringing fresh ideas to how we position and promote the portfolio

 

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience in product management, marketing, or a healthcare‑related commercial role.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder skills - you’re confident working with everyone from nurses to global strategy leads.
  • Highly organised, deadline‑driven, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • A proactive problem‑solver who can troubleshoot issues calmly and professionally.
  • The ability to translate insights into strategy, creative propositions, and practical solutions.
  • Creative thinking and a willingness to challenge the status quo to improve customer experience and product adoption.
  • Strong storytelling skills - able to turn clinical and technical information into clear, engaging messages for different audiences.
  • Campaign ideation skills, with an eye for brand consistency across digital, print, and events.
  • Confidence briefing and collaborating with designers/agencies, giving constructive feedback, and shaping creative assets from concept to delivery.
  • A test-and-learn mindset - able to trial new approaches, interpret results, and iterate quickly.
  • Full UK driving licence required due to field‑based activity.
