Your Role:

Our TransCare Nursing team is dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality, and compassionate care. As a Transcare Nursing Business Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in enabling our nurses to focus on clinical excellence by providing operational, administrative, and governance support.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment and onboarding: uniforms, badges, nurse bags, induction planning, and liaising with new starters.
  • Provide operational support: manage rotas, organise meetings and training sessions, book travel and accommodation, and oversee stock and equipment.
  • Act as the central point of contact for nursing requirements at head office.
  • Analyse nursing data and produce reports for management teams.
  • Complete adhoc tasks and provide additional support to your line manager when required.
  • Lead communication with senior stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Support governance and compliance: coordinate audits, prepare reports, manage CQC notifications, track training compliance, and monitor NMC registrations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times.

What you need to succeed:

  • Administration experience within a clinical or healthcare setting.
  • Exposure to governance processes or regulatory inspections (desirable).
  • Strong secretarial and communication skills.
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, SAP).
  • Professional, reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to plan, organise, and meet deadlines.
