Join B. Braun’s Orthopaedics Division as a Territory Manager, where you’ll lead the charge in expanding our market presence, building strong clinical relationships, and delivering innovative surgical solutions that improve patient outcomes.

  • Job Title: Territory Manager
  • Department: Orthopaedics
  • Location: Field Based (West Scotland)
  • Working Hours: 40 Hours Weekly
  • Contract: Permanent

 

Your main responsibilities:

 

  • Building a strong knowledge of our orthopaedics product portfolio
  • Selling our portfolio to both new and existing customers
  • Developing winning and repeatable sales strategies
  • Building lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Attending meetings, exhibitions, demonstrations and workshops
  • Keeping abreast of developments and trends within your specialism
  • Achieving sales targets set for the territory
  • Maintaining accurate records, forecasts and reports

 

What you need to succeed:

 

  • We’re open to considering people from a variety of relevant backgrounds, including nursing and medical sales
  • A working knowledge of surgery/theatre etiquette
  • Confidence communicating and a flair for building strong relationships
  • The ability to work enthusiastically using your own initiative
  • A proactive and eager approach to learning
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • A full UK driving license and a willingness to travel
