Interim Quality Systems Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Systems Specialist to join our team on a fixed term contract. In this role, you’ll be supporting our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

  • Job Title: Quality Systems Specialist
  • Department: Quality
  • Location: Chapeltown, Sheffield
  • Working Hours: 37.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday
  • Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

 

Your main responsibilities:

 

  • Maintaining the system and implementing improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO13485 and ISO9001 standards
  • Coordinating document creation and updates
  • Ensuring documents are in line with new legislation, standards and guidance
  • Managing ‘Change Control’ and ‘Risk Assessment’ registers
  • Preparing key data for review
  • Supporting internal stakeholders with quality related questions and queries
  • Providing support to quality teams across the business

 

What you need to succeed:

 

  • Experience in a quality role (ideally within a healthcare environment)
  • A working knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO13485
  • A successful track record of effective administration
  • An excellent understanding of MS Office, including Excel
  • A strong communicator (both written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
