Working Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday-Friday

We are looking for a compassionate Homecare Patient Coordinator with proven experience in a customer service role, specifically in dealing with vulnerable customers.
You will play a vital role in coordinating patient services, facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers, and ensuring that patients needs are met with care and efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Answer incoming calls from patients, nurses, and general practitioners and take appropriate action for each call.
- Coordinate with patients, couriers and internal B. Braun departments to ensure the timely delivery of critical medical products.
- Daily monitoring of emails to ensure all requests are processed & fully up to date.
- Register new patients; including account set up and home installation.
- Contact general practitioners or trusts to request prescription forms on behalf of patients.
- Facilitate the end of service coordination.
- Deal with potential Safeguarding issues and ensuring that the appropriate action has been taken.
Expertise required:
- Proven experience in a customer service-based role dealing with vulnerable customers.
- Experience in Complaint Management.
- Team player with the ability to work unsupervised using own initiative.
- Excellent communicator with ability to adapt communication style to suit the needs to the stakeholder.
- Detail focused and comfortable working in a fast paced office environment.
