We’re looking for a passionate Digital Microscopy Specialist to lead the way in bringing cutting-edge technology to hospitals.

You’ll be empowering clinicians, improving patient outcomes, and shaping the future of surgery. If you thrive on innovation and want your work to make a real difference, this is your opportunity.

 

What you'll do:

  • Lead the growth of our Digital Microscopy portfolio, driving adoption of high-value capital equipment.
  • Manage clinical evaluations and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Partner with surgeons, theatre teams, and key decision-makers to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with consultants and develop key opinion leaders.
  • Share insights that shape our marketing and sales strategies.
  • Represent B. Braun at industry events and conferences.

 

What we're looking for:

  • Proven success in selling large-scale capital medical equipment (in a theatre environment is desirable)
  • Strong understanding of NHS and private hospital procurement processes.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a consultative approach.
  • Resilient, proactive, and passionate about innovation in healthcare.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility for travel.
