Working Time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Salary: £24,833 per annum

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an assessment centre in Sheffield on Tuesday 28th April. This is a full‑day commitment, and you will be required to be available for the entire day.

About you:

You could be working towards or have already achieved a qualification in Design and Marketing Communications, or a related field. Alternatively, you could have gained this experience through a previous role.
About the Internship:
Our internship programme offers you the chance to gain hands-on experience in creative marketing and communications. You'll work alongside our talented teams across the business, contributing to real projects and making a tangible impact. Throughout the programme, you’ll develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment while helping us deliver on our mission to improve the health of people around the world.
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting the delivery of multiple marketing communications projects offering ideas and the creation of designs, video content, and motion graphics using Adobe design software programs.
- Working collaboratively across the Creative Marketing Team and B. Braun therapy and service areas to ensure all marketing content is consistent with brand identity and compliant with UK regulations.
- Project managing multiple projects, prioritising your workload, and working closely with therapy areas and external agencies to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
- Learning design and print processes, raising purchase orders, obtaining quotations, and placing orders for marketing and promotional materials from external suppliers.
- Proofreading marketing content, ensuring the production release process is followed and recorded.
- Managing and maintaining accurate records within the Marketing Request App, in line with the ‘Project Process’.
- Providing digital and printed content for use on different marketing channels and events and learning how to use the internal production printer and cutting machine.
