We are seeking an ambitious and driven Associate Sales Specialist to support the growth of our Sterile Goods Management (SGM) portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, field-based role, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and driving sales success across your region.

  • Job Title: Associate Sales Specialist

  • Location: Field Based, North West England & Wales
  • Working Hours: 40 Hours Weekly
  • Contract: Permanent

 

Your main responsibilities:

 

  • Achieving sales targets through effective and repeatable strategies.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and accounts.
  • Collaborating closely with team colleagues and internal stakeholders.
  • Attending exhibitions, meetings, demonstrations, and workshops, both locally and nationally.
  • Developing and maintaining a documented business development plan in Salesforce.
  • Recording all sales activity and opportunities accurately in Salesforce.
  • Staying informed on market trends and competitor activity to support forecasting and planning.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies for product quality complaints and adverse event reporting.

 

What you need to succeed:

 

  • We’re open to considering people from a variety of relevant backgrounds including biomedical science graduates (or similar), medical professionals and sales specialists
  • Experience within a customer facing role
  • Confidence communicating and a flair for building strong relationships
  • The ability to work enthusiastically using your own initiative
  • A proactive and eager approach to learning
  • A full UK driving license and a willingness to travel regularly
