Your Role:
We're looking for a motivated, clinically experienced healthcare professional to join us as an Associate Clinical Therapy Specialist within our Hospital Care division.
In this customer-facing role, you'll provide clinical product training and educational support across our Infusion Therapy portfolio, working closely with customers and sales teams to support product implementation, customer education, and business growth. You'll build strong relationships across your territory, lead clinical activities that support our commercial strategy, and help customers get the most from our products and solutions.

Key Details:
- Job Title: Associate Clinical Therapy Specialist
- Department: Clinical Therapy Services
- Location: Field Based – North East. Regular travel across the designated territory is required, with flexibility to support other regions where needed. Occasional overnight stays may be required.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Flexibility may be required to meet customer and business needs.
- Contract: Permanent
Your main responsibilities:
- Deliver clinical product training and educational support across the Infusion Therapy portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders across your territory.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support clinical commercial objectives and business growth.
- Lead and support product trials, evaluations, implementations, and account protection activities.
- Share customer insights and feedback to support account development and identify opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and product expertise while promoting B. Braun and its products professionally at all times.
What you need to succeed:
- A qualified healthcare professional (e.g. RGN, Midwife, Paramedic, Nursing Associate, or equivalent) with current clinical experience.
- Strong presentation and clinical training skills, with the confidence to deliver education to customers pre and post‑sale.
- Excellent communication skills, able to build trusted and effective relationships with internal teams and external customers.
- Ability to work under pressure, remain flexible, and adapt to changing customer and business needs.
- A supportive team player who is willing to collaborate and provide help to colleagues when needed.
- Intermediate IT skills to support training delivery, documentation, and communication.
- Full UK driving licence.
