Your Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join us as an Associate Clinical Therapy Specialist.
You’ll play a key customer‑facing role by delivering clinical education, supporting product installations, and providing expert guidance across the Hospital Care portfolio.
You’ll work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing during product trials, help drive positive outcomes for customers, and contribute to strong, long‑term relationships across your territory.

Key Details:
- Job Title: Associate Clinical Therapy Specialist
- Department: Clinical Therapy Services
- Location: Field Based – Southwest London. This role requires travel across the territory, including support in other regions when needed. Occasional overnight stays may be required.
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday 40 hours per week. Flexibility is required to work outside of core hours where necessary to support customer requirements.
- Contract: Fixed term for 12 months to cover maternity leave.
Your main responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining and excellent knowledge of our Hospital Care product portfolio.
- Developing a strong knowledge of working accounts within your given territory.
- Providing clinical training to customers, both pre and post-sale.
- Supporting customers with any questions and queries.
- Working with Sales and Marketing teams to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of trials.
- Providing feedback to the company regarding competitor prices and products.
What you need to succeed:
- A qualified healthcare professional (e.g. RGN or equivalent) with current clinical experience.
- Strong presentation and clinical training skills, with the confidence to deliver education to customers pre and post‑sale.
- Excellent communication skills, able to build trusted and effective relationships with internal teams and external customers.
- Ability to work under pressure, remain flexible, and adapt to changing customer and business needs.
- A supportive team player who is willing to collaborate and provide help to colleagues when needed.
- Intermediate IT skills to support training delivery, documentation, and communication.
- Full UK driving licence.
