 Roles & Responsibilities

1.Internal sales team product Training 
- Formula product training curriculum due to BU strategy, cover therapy knowledge, product FAB, clinical application, etc.
- Set-up certification criteria at different levels to ensure the sales team transform from new employees to product experts.
- Collect feedback from sales, marketing and clinical team, adjust training materials accordingly to solve the problems from business side

2. External Professional Education 
- Based on business needs & therapy developing trends, design and implement therapy or product training system for external clients such as medical institutions, doctors and nurses.
- Develop training courses at different levels according to different needs, formulate standardized training processes and materials (such ad course schedules, teaching PPTs, operation guidelines, video tutorials, case libraries, etc.)- Organize online/offline training courses to promote therapy or products
- Develop and maintain relationships with the Faculty and KOLs
- Build up a simulation-based teaching system.

3. Sales & Marketing team communication & coordination 
- Cooperate with BU heads, marketing team to clarify the training needs of sales team and focused customers, form the internal & external training strategy of each BU
- Focusing on the five key areas of nursing, anesthesiology, critical care medicine, long-term oncology infusion and safe infusion, sort out the core priorities and key procedures of each field, and establish standardized workflows and specifications.
- Build a regular communication and collaboration mechanism, organize regular coordination meetings between the two teams, share business updates, technical strengths, service features and market pain points across the five professional fields, and provide accurate professional support for the marketing team to formulate promotion strategies and expand the market.
