Roles & Responsibilities
1.Internal sales team product Training
- Formula product training curriculum due to BU strategy, cover therapy knowledge, product FAB, clinical application, etc.
- Set-up certification criteria at different levels to ensure the sales team transform from new employees to product experts.
- Collect feedback from sales, marketing and clinical team, adjust training materials accordingly to solve the problems from business side
2. External Professional Education
- Based on business needs & therapy developing trends, design and implement therapy or product training system for external clients such as medical institutions, doctors and nurses.
- Develop training courses at different levels according to different needs, formulate standardized training processes and materials (such ad course schedules, teaching PPTs, operation guidelines, video tutorials, case libraries, etc.)- Organize online/offline training courses to promote therapy or products
- Develop and maintain relationships with the Faculty and KOLs
- Build up a simulation-based teaching system.
