Major Duties Performed (Main Functions) 主要职责:

  • PR- PO management for materials, service, or investment purchasing according to negotiation and sourcing result conducted by procurement supervisor and manager. 
  • To support procurement team to achieve the target of cost reduction, on time delivery, reliable quality and other procurement KPI.
  • Small value sourcing and negotiation for assigned categories.
  • Process compliance verification and purchasing risk mitigation.
  • Leads communication related to service in scope (internal and external)
  • Other assignments from procurement manager
