1.Design and organize a calendar of training sessions, workshops, and learning events that align with core competences and business objectives. Plan resources, trainers, and materials required for effective delivery.
2.Collaborate with global and regional CoC, integrate learning & development initiatives with local business needs, leading the implementation or localization.
3.Act as Change Agent in driving a culture of learning and development and leading continuous improvement and adjustment of corresponding processes , initiatives and tools.
