Business Development Manager

Drive business development and project managementby identifying portfolio gaps, evaluating market opportunities, and leading the commercialization of new products. This involves coordinating cross-functional go-to-market strategies, negotiating partnerships, and managing the full lifecycle of partnering projects from initiation to market launch.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Business Development Project initiation and evaluation, in close collaboration with local, regional and global marketing and sales, according to portfolio gap analysis and marketing strategy 
2. Project management and commercialization of new products in China market and cross- functional execution
3. Support market surveillance and internal communication

Education and Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher  
2. Strong capability in project screening and due diligence. Able to conduct comprehensive analysis on potential opportunities regarding technical innovation, clinical value, market potential, competitive landscape, and financial ROI.
3. Experience in negotiating commercial collaborations, licensing agreements, joint ventures, or co-development deals. Capable of leading or participating in complex business negotiations.
4. Basic understanding of medical device regulations (NMPA, EU MDR/IVDR), registration processes, reimbursement policies, and market access strategies in China. Ability to assess the regulatory and commercial feasibility of projects.
5. Chinese-native speaker level, English Fluent / Business Fluent.
