Responsible for sales strategy formulation and nationalwise sales promotion of anethesia products. Increase market coverage and achieve business goal by developing and managing sales channels and enhancing customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Planning & Budgeting
- Plan and establish BU sales strategy according to market situation and product portfolie align with company strategy
- Lead the team to formulate and implement business plan to achieve the business objectives according to company and BU strategy
- Own the P&L management and deliver business goal while prioritizing growth and development
- Manage and control the expense during marketing activities and business investment to achieve optimized ROI
- Demand planning & stock management
People Management
- Develop BU organization plan due to business strategy
- Manage team performace, review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports, coach, motivate and develop them
- Establish team culture, enhance consistent team goal achievement
- Enhance the transparency communication to global & regional
Marketing Access & Area Management
-Responsible for sales target achievement of the BU. Guild the teams' sales work through the collection and analysis of various sales data to find business opportunities.
- Focus on VBT, lead the team to influence and interpret rule formulation, whole process manage the tendering to achieve the goal of business increase.
- Cooperate with GAMA & RHSA team to get marketing access and charging of all product lines in different provinces.
- Establish relationship with key customers and stakeholders
Dealer Management
- Develop overall dealer management strategy, cooperate with central & division commercial team to establish dealer development process and management SOP.
-Follow dealer KPI management SOP to regularly dealer performance, optimize dealer distribution system.
- Close work with commercial teams on overall order, inventory management optimization
Account Management
- Cooperate with division marketing & AAC to fomula BU marketing strategy and customer engagement plan to support business goal achievement
- Optimize and synergy KOL development and management
- Regular monitor overall marketing plan execution deliverables with marketing team and AAC incl.sales leads progression, activity efficiency, etc.
Qulification
- Bachelor, medical and clinical major preferred MBA, master plus Proficiency in speaking and writing English
- Total Working Experience: 12+ medical device, anethesia relevant industry background Experience as People Manager: 8+
