Purpose of the Position

Responsible of the harmonization and the enhancement of Finance’s business processes. In this role, the employee builds the interface between the Global Process Coordination and the IT department as well as other business departments. Key projects in the finance area constitute a major part of the assignments. Other tasks comprise ensuring global knowledge transfer and performing training for finance-related business processes

Responsibilities (Please describe the main responsibilities of the position: what you do, through what means, and why you do it.)
Analysis and optimization of existing processes as well as an adaption to change
Further development of the FI-IT-system landscape
Consulting of the regional companies with regards to the global Finance processes in SAP
Interaction with other modules CO / MM / SD
Team member or project lead for regional FI smaller projects and global S/4 HANA projects
Do mentoring to semi-senior and junior colleagues

Responsibilities SIG (Integrated Management System Responsibilities)
Know and comply with the corporate guidelines established by the parent company, including standards, policies, codes, procedures and other applicable documents, ensuring their correct implementation within the functions and activities assigned in accordance with the organizational guidelines.
To know the occupational hazards and risks, the environmental aspects and impacts of their processes and activities, as well as the control measures for these and to participate in their updating, identification, evaluation and assessment.
Actively participate in the different activities programmed by the Management System: inspections, audits, consultation and participation committees, training, inductions, trainings, drills, medical examinations, among others
Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement in its processes, procedures and activities in favor of the organization's culture of continuous improvement
Maintain comprehensive health care, carrying out work activities with a culture of self-care and awareness of health and safety, and care for the environment.
Provide clear, truthful, complete, and timely information about their health condition, making it known to the company, complying with medical recommendations in accordance with the results issued by health or occupational medicine entities.
Report to the leaders of the Management System the cases of incidents, work accidents, occupational diseases, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, safety or environmental emergencies, unusual or suspicious operations
Be accountable for management systems at all levels of the organization.
