As Senior Global Product Manager, you will be part of an international team committed to developing the marketing strategy and activities of one of our most important product lines. Together with a cross-functional team, you will drive the implementation of the global Marketing strategy between headquarters and the countries. You proactively contribute and implement your ideas using your creative freedom.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the global marketing strategy
- Own the global marketing plan for the product lines of the unit and overarching concepts and own the global STP (segmentation, targeting and positioning) approach and the resulting value-oriented pricing strategy as well as Insight Messages
- Initiation of market research, market observation and competitor benchmarking, trend analysis and horizon scanning
- Responsibility for the lifecycle management and the innovation of the product portfolio
- Conceptual design and implementation of global marketing content and communication campaigns
Must-have Kriterien:
- You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing & Sales, Pharmacy, Natural Sciences or Engineering.
- You are familiar with the tasks of product management.
- You think analytically, develop imaginative concepts, can advance them with enthusiasm and implement them with the right tactics, while adapting flexibly to changes.
- Very good knowledge in the implementation of product strategies in local markets distinguishes you.
- Business-fluent in English rounds off your profile; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- You have already gained several years of international professional experience in the field of Marketing & Sales, ideally in a large company in the medical technology sector.
- Integration into a team is self-evident for you, but at the same time, you can also lead teams within the country organizations yourself and in committed whiteness.
- You like to spend time in the markets and adapt to colleagues and customers with intercultural competence and empathy.
