Senior Process Mining Specialist & Admin

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Act as administrator and backend specialist in the process mining tool Celonis
  • Act as partner between IT and Business in connecting Celonis with data and application interfaces
  • Support Business developers in making use of the platform capabilities.
  • Act as SQL specialist in building data models, to set-up database connections and to optimize data model loads
  • Act as advanced Python user to efficiently perform admin operations
  • Support in defining technical standards and governance procedures around the tool and its interfaces
  • Keep track of innovations in functionalities of the tool
  • In addition to the listed tasks, there is an obligation to carry out individual orders on the instructions of the supervisor
  • In case of absence, make sure that the absence management is activated in the respective workflows

 

 

Professional competencies:

  • Strong attitude for documenting standards centrally to share knowledge.
  • Experience in project management techniques, e.g. Agile and tools, e.g. Jira welcome.
  • Ability to professionally communicate in English in verbal and written in an international team
  • Strong skills in SQL statements are required, preferably Vertica
  • Understanding of dimensional and relational data modeling is of advantage
  • Advanced Python skills are welcome
  • Experience with S4/HANA SAP tables is useful
  • Touchpoints with developments on SAP HANA or via Python welcome
  • Databricks, MS Azure, and other cloud-based technology and architecture is of advantage

Salary ranges: 15.000 - 19.000 PLN gross monthly
