As a Senior Manager - Division Controller Asia Pacific at B. Braun you will play a vital role in….

 

Your key responsibilities:        

  •  Responsible for assisting the Head of Controlling - Asia Pacific, and the respective Regional Marketing Head in
    overseeing the direction, control and coordination of all Controlling related activities within Asia Pacific for the respective
    division and acting as the Financial Business Partner in all Division-specific topics.
  • Analyzes internal and external economical data of the region and prepares respective reports to support decision-making
    within the division as well as the steering of the division. Key activities therefore includes reviewing and evaluating the
    performance of the region in Asia Pacific and monitoring the investment activities and related business plans.
  • The responsibility includes the implementation of B. Braun Group management accounting policies, controlling
    processes and controlling systems, participation in quarterly review processes, preparation of the relevant reports for
    investment activities on a timely basis and participation in projects. This responsibility also includes being the regional
    controlling counterpart for the global headquarter of the respective division. 

 

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to align financial plans with organizational goals.
  • Experienced in active analysis and able to identify gaps and initiate area of improvements for improvement to support decision making and provide actionable insights into financial performance.
  • Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, providing variance analysis and recommending corrective actions.
  • Good experience in analyzing internal and external economical data for APAC region and prepares respective reports to support decision-making within the division as well as the steering of the division.
  • Good experience in reviewing and evaluating the performance of the region in Asia Pacific and monitoring the investment activities and related business plans.
  • Good experience in implementation of company's management accounting policies, controlling processes and controlling systems, participation in quarterly review processes, preparation of the relevant reports for investment activities on a timely basis and participation in projects.
