As a Senior Manager – Controlling at B. Braun Group you will play a vital role shaping financial strategies, optimizing production costs, and supporting business decisions across multiple manufacturing plants and commercial operations in India. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical acumen, leadership capabilities, and a collaborative mindset to partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in matrix environment. 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the development of annual operating plans and budgets, analyze financial performance (profitability, forecasts, variance), and provide strategic financial insights to guide business decisions.

  • Cost Control & Efficiency: Oversee production controlling across manufacturing sites, conduct cost and financial review meetings, manage product and standard costing, and track investment performance to drive ROI.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with business heads and global teams to evaluate business cases, drive profitability, and assess the financial implications of new business challenges.

  • Internal Controls & Asset Management: Implement and monitor internal financial controls at production sites and lead fixed asset and capital investment management, including ROI evaluations.

  • Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and lead sales and production controlling teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Strategic Projects & M&A: Undertake special projects, strategic assignments, and drive M&A activities and post-merger integration.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Industry Experience: Preferred - Healthcare / Pharmaceuticals / Manufacturing (Open to Other Industries with suitable credentials)
  • Total Experience Required: 10+ years (Minimum 5 years in a managerial FP&A role)
  • Education: CA / ICWA / MBA (Premier Institute preferred)
