Key Responsibilities
- Ensure maintenance and troubleshooting of production machines, PLC systems, printers, and robotics to minimize downtime.
- Perform machine setup and optimization to achieve target production output and efficiency.
- Maintain maintenance records, SOPs, spare parts inventory, and performance reports for effective machine management.
- Drive preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 requirements across production areas.
What You Will Bring to the Team
- Strong expertise in electrical, electronics, and mechanical maintenance of production and packaging equipment.
- Hands-on experience in PLC-based machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and downtime reduction.
