As a Senior Executive - Human Resource Business Partner at B. Braun you will play a vital role as an employee champion and change agent, delivering value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Your key responsibilies:

Partner with business and support to deliver business goals through people.

Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.

Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed/required.

Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.

Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning. Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.

Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of HR experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels.
- Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
