Your key responsibilities:
- To collaborate with Housekeeping Executive to oversee all works and matters pertaining to laundry, housekeeping in general areas and outdoor cleanliness within the Company in support of production process and in accordance to prescribed housekeeping procedures.
- Attend to and assign all requisition of works issued in accordance to notifications from requestor, scheduling and records maintenance.
- This includes to coordinate all housekeeping works and ensure appropriate follow-up action, to ensure that all records are updated and properly kept, to attend to and coordinate all cleaning, cloakroom, and toilet cleaning schedules and documentation, to attend to and coordinate all sewage cleaning, dislodging, scrap management and waste disposal, to attend to and coordinate glass cleaning, carpet cleaning and sanitary program, to attend to and coordinate landscaping maintenance from contract workers, to attend to and coordinate program for building pest control spraying, fumigation, rat baiting, pest eradication and maintaining the Integrated Pest Management program and ISO documentation, to attend to laundry matters and process certain laundry functions for uniform receiving, consumable and disposable material requisition and to undertake other relevant tasks as may be directed by the superior from time to time.
- Provide support to commercial manager of the department to perform cost management functions including budget & cost planning, controlling, forecasting, and reporting.
- Provide support in manage all major capital & small in-house projects involving cost planning, controlling, forecasting and reporting. - Involve in department outsourcing and facility maintenance outsource contract.
- Improve departmental process procedures and system to increase work efficiency.
- Perform data analysis and preparing of report / recommendations.
- Perform high level administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion. Plan, organize, and schedule own workload so that these activities are completed accurately and on time.
- For more senior position, to supervise and coordinate all works and tasks pertaining to cleaning, sewage and dislodging works, toilet maintenance works building maintenance, glass cleaning, carpet cleaning, sanitary and waste disposal works, contract landscaping and contract cleaners work, Pest Control Contract Services and Integrated Pest Management Program, supervisory management of certain laundry services covering uniforms, disposable, consumable material requisition
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 - 5 years in a similar administrative and commercial support role.
- Strong understanding of cost management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential. Experience with financial management software is advantageous.
