Your key responsibilities:
- Oversee all project phases to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion. For senior roles, manage large-scale, complex projects from start to finish.
- Estimate costs, resources, and time needed for project completion.
- Track progress and performance against the project plan, ensuring targets are met by assigning tasks and gathering resources.
- Prepare engineering standards, designs, schedules, budgets, and select materials, equipment, staff, and contractors. Develop and analyze test methods and results.
- Conduct project meetings, prepare status reports, and liaise with Clients and other operational areas. Provide training, review test results and prepare test reports.
- Ensure compliance with specifications and standards (ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 13485, FDA). Manage external contractors and resolve operational issues if required.
What you will bring to the team:

Bachelor Degree in Chemical, Biomedical, science, Engineering or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience as Project / Lab / Process / Product Engineer.

Experience in performing and leading the analytical testing including setup & results interpretation, failure analysis, root cause analysis, test method validation/verification.

Experience in material/polymer characterization, chemical analysis (e.g. FTIR, GCMS, HPLC, LCMS etc.)

It is an advantage if familiar with and understand the ISO 13485 and ISO/IEC 17025 management systems and possess good communication skills, analytical skills and experiences in project management.
