Function & Job description

Position Targets

The Regional Process Coordination Finance is responsible for the harmonization and the enhancement of business processes in Finance, specifically related to Asset Management topics (productive companies experience). In this role the team builds the interface between the Global Process Coordination and the IT department as well as other business departments. Key projects of finance area constitute a major part of the team’s range of assignments. Other tasks in relation to ensure the global knowledge transfer.

 

Qualifications (for job posting)

Degrees

Professional education in Accounting, Finance, Economics or System Engineer

 

Work Experience

3-5 years of relevant professional experience related to fixed asset accounting in productive companies

Responsibilities and Competencies

  • Analysis and optimization of existing processes as well as an adaption to change
  • Further development of the FI-IT system landscape
  • Consulting of the regional companies with regards to the global Finance processes related to Accounts Receivable (AR) and other FI modules in SAP
  • Team member / project participation for regional FI projects

Language Skills

(European Reference Framework)

  • B2 in English, second foreign language is a plus (e.g.  Portuguese)

Technical Skills

  • Medium SAP ERP–knowledge especially for Finance AR (accounts receivable)
  • Experience in leading projects
