Duties and responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Take over the role of scrum master, agile mentor, and facilitator for our team’s meetings and stakeholder communication

Support our teams and be responsible for our team’s health

Promote and develop the team’s self-organizational abilities

Challenge different solutions/proposals and help improve team processes

Support, advise, and share knowledge with other team members

Act as an internal change agent, supporting our shift towards more Agile, adaptive ways of working in the organization
Professional competencies:
-
2+ years of professional experience Scrum Master in IT development
-
Strong knowledge and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and application of the Scrum framework and/or other Agile frameworks
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills that can adapt to various audiences including executives and customers
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to successfully troubleshoot and solve problems
-
Be able to drive changes/options/adaptations within your team and product scope
-
Be passionate and enthusiastic about your work: motivate people to keep up the momentum, bring passion and stamina for agile topics
-
You love to transfer your knowledge of agile values and principles to the team
-
Strong organizational skills

Experience with tooling such as Confluence, JIRA, or similar

Fluency in English (written and spoken)
