Your Opportunity

 

We are seeking a passionate Sales Specialist – Vascular Access to join our Hospital Care team, supporting customers across NSW South/ACT. In this role, you’ll drive the adoption and growth of our high-quality vascular access solutions, helping improve patient outcomes through innovative care.

 

Reporting to the Business Development Manager- Access Ports, you will collaborate closely with clinicians, nursing staff, and allied health professionals to understand their needs, present tailored product solutions, and achieve sales targets. You’ll also work alongside fellow Product Specialists, Clinical Educators, and the Marketing team to ensure smooth product training and implementation, with a focus on both expanding and maintaining a successful territory.

 

 

Your Responsibilities

 

 

  • Identifying customer needs, generating leads and presenting product information
  • Developing and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plans
  • Attending cases and providing technical support during surgical procedures
  • Facilitating product trials & evaluations and delivering in-service training
  • Developing effective relationships with key opinion leaders

 

 

About You

 

 

Your background will include:

 

  • Several years’ experience in a similar portfolio, ideally within Operating Theatres, ICUs Cath labs, or interventional suites
  • Proven experience working with surgeons, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Proven track record of sales achievements, and a deep understanding of complex sales cycles within the hospital system
  • Able to deliver long term, customer focused solutions.
  • Resilient and results driven, with exceptional relationship skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills and good attention to detail

 

 

Additional requirement :
