We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Sales Specialist to join our Ambulatory Care team, to strengthen our presence across NSW by partnering closely with clinicians, hospitals, and community care providers to deliver meaningful solutions for patients.

 

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, Ambulatory Care, in this key role, you will drive territory growth, build strong clinical relationships, and position our portfolio as the preferred choice for urologists, continence nurses, specialist clinics, and hospital teams.

                                                                                                

 

 

Your Responsibilities

 

 

In this role you will-

 

 

  • Grow sales and market share across NSW for the Urology & Continence Care portfolio.

 

  • Build strong relationships with urologists, continence nurses, specialist clinics, hospital departments, rehabilitation centres, procurement teams, and KOLs.

 

  • Identify new business opportunities and recommend tailored products or system solutions based on customer needs.

 

  • Deliver inservice training, product demonstrations, and clinical education to hospital and communitybased clinicians.

 

  • Provide expert support, troubleshooting, and optimisation guidance to customers.

 

  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and emerging customers needs to inform strategy.

 

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, technical teams, distributors, and the National Sales Manager to support growth objectives.

 

  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and provide regular reporting, forecasts, and territory insights.

 

  • Attend conferences, workshops, and events to strengthen brand presence and professional networks.

 

 

About You

 

 

Ideally, your background will include:

 

 

  • Several years’ experience in medical device sales with a strong clinical background in urology, continence, or related healthcare areas.

 

  • Proven track record in developing a territory to meet targets, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle and contracts within the private and public hospital systems

 

  • Long term, relationship-based sales approach

 

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence decision makers.

 

  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills; comfortable managing a large territory.

 

  • High energy, resilience, and a proactive, learning‑oriented mindset.

 

 

 

Desirable:

 

 

  • Experience with NSW funding schemes such as NDIS, iCare, and ENABLE NSW.

 

  • Exposure to specialised clinical environments such as Spinal Injury Units, MS Clinics, or Neurogenic Bladder services.

 

 

 

Additional requirement:

 

To be eligible to apply, you must have full working rights in Australia/NZ, a valid Driver’s Licence, the ability to travel nationally and internationally as required and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
