DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales Plan Implementation • Build relationships with both external and internal customers to capitalize on all business opportunities. • Identify key opinion leaders and work with Sales Manager to ensure development of strong business relationships. • Understand and communicate the needs and expectations of the customers to ensure to meet and exceed customer expectations. • Act as direct customer contact to address and resolve customer concerns. • Undertake activities in accordance with relevant KPls (such as call management, customer profiling). • Deliver scientific information on the product including therapeutic indication, disease states and latest clinical data. • Support company hosted medical events (symposium, Academy, booth exhibition, etc.) to help customers get the product related medical information • Organize and implement scientific events (product briefing, seminar, etc.) to efficiently deliver product information. - Reporting and Analysis • Measure success of sales performance and activities conducted within the area. • Record all sales activities (i.e. Daily Sales Report) and market intelligence within relevant report on daily basis. • Undertake monthly analysis of sales and implement action to ensure achievement within agreed parameters. • Report adverse event and complaint case to responsible personnel in a timely manner as trained.
