Position Summary:
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
• Own and manage the sales opportunity pipeline across all customer segments.
• Quantify opportunity sizes and provide insights to support prioritization and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to align pipeline opportunities with strategic initiatives.
• Organize and facilitate engagement across cross-functional teams to support pipeline progression.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance and pipeline health.
• Support the Sales Operations team in refining sales funnel processes and improving data visibility.
• Contribute to the development of growth plans for Key Accounts and strategic customer segments.
• Assist in onboarding and coaching of new hires and internal promotions within the sales team.
• Act as liaison between Sales, Marketing and Global teams to ensure data-driven decision making and engagement.

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2 – 4 years of related experience
• CRM/Salesforce experience (preferred)
• Fluent in Excel
• Power BI (preferred)

Salary Range: $75,000-$90,000
The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range provided is a reasonable estimate.
