We’re looking for an IT expert for eCommerce processes in the SAP module SD (Sales) with high focus on legal requirements. Consulting and project work within the digital initiatives. 

Duties and responsibilities: 

• Provision of global technical support for eCommerce processes: 
  eOrder, eInvoice, EDI, … 

• Planning and execution of maintenance and lifecycle activities (e.g. OSS Notes, early watch, Archiving etc.) 

• Analysis and evaluation of user requirements 

• Delivery and working in IT projects in the area of eCommerce processes depending on skill level 

• Assurance of service-oriented analysis, pre-qualification and fulfillment of incoming service requests, incidents, or fast-track demands 

• Work in a global team for continuous further development of solutions and improvements 

Professional competencies: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science of the related field or equivalent work experience 

• 3-4 years of the experience on the similar role  

• EDI / eInvoice / eOrder-experience  

• Qualifications and experience with SAP SD  

• further SAP modules, e.g. LO, MM is a plus 

• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
