- Drive the implementation of SAM marketing strategies within your area, build competitive advantage, and identify new product opportunities based on market needs.
- Internal & external training, collaborate with Product Management and/or Aesculap Academy to provide training and development internal (business teams/sales management) and external (CSSD staff and OR teams) on care and maintenance of surgical instruments.
- Collaborate closely with the Central Division, maintain strong ties with KOLs and medical societies, deliver training programs, and address customer feedback promptly.
- Conduct all marketing operations ethically and in full compliance with company policies, industry codes, and local regulations, including accurate hospital contract management.
- Continuously improve skills, share product knowledge with commercial teams, and align performance objectives with departmental goals.
- Implement SAM program activities, master reporting systems, provide instrument care and reprocessing training, and give feedback on customer perceptions and competitor trends.
- Conduct audits of surgical instruments and sterilization processes, identify gaps or issues, provide recommendations for operational efficiency, and present findings to hospital management.
What you'll bring to the team:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Nursing, or related.
- Preferably min 2 - 3 years' experience as a Clinical Specialist, preferably in focused product of reprocessing. Open to considering sales candidates with experience in products.
- Strong engagement with OT nurse and CSSD team in top hospital.
