Job objective:
- Supports the Post‑Market Surveillance processes of the Aesculap AG Tuttlingen division by preparing quality reports and cooperating with all involved stakeholders.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Verification of complaints in the database and registration of cases for countries without SAP/C3 connection – receiving cases via email
- Collection of information from B. Braun representatives/distributors regarding complaints
- Creation of customer complaint reports
- Performing data analyses based on complaints
- Maintaining data in the database (failure mode catalogues – IMDRF coding) for complaint classification
- Monitoring and coordinating open complaints
- Placing requests in the SAP system for credit notes, repairs, repair cost estimates, and product returns to the customer
- International cooperation within the PMS process of the division
- Regular travel to B. Braun Germany (1- 2 / year)
Professional competencies / Ideal candidate:
- Higher education in the fields of Medical Engineering, Quality Management or related fields.
- 1-2 years professional experience; Ideally in quality assurance or customer service
- SAP experience
- Ideally Knowledge of applicable regulations and normative standards for Medical Devices (. EN ISO 13485; EU Regulation; 21 CFR etc.)
- A customer-oriented approach, able to find joint solutions, and build sustainable and collaborative networks.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- English - advanced, written and spoken; additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
