Job objective:
- Complaint Management related data analysis;
- Identification of AI opportunities (low-code, no-code) to increase efficiency and quality of the execution of the Complaint Management process;
- Case Coordination of Customer complaints;
- Regular exchange with headquarters;
- Monitoring, follow-up of Complaint Process Performance of B.Braun country organizations and Investigation Sites.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Analysis of process performance data;
- Follow up with process participants to ensure high level of process performance;
- Identification of low-code / no-code AI opportunities to improve process performance;
- Development and implementation of low-code / no-code AI opportunities to improve process performance;
- Case Coordination of customer complaints according to process;
- IMDRF coding of customer complaints according to process;
- Support Vigilance and PMS with data analysis and development and implementation of AI opportunities.
- Assure lessons-learned procedures;
- Safeguarding/Adherence of Compliance Regulation “Code of Conduct“.
Professional competencies / Ideal candidate:
- Experience in data analysis, process improvement, or quality management, ideally within a regulated industry (medical devices, pharma, healthcare, or similar). Previous internship, project, or 1 year of relevant work experience is an advantage;
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or medical field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, IT, Quality Management, or similar);
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization);
- Experience working with databases (SQL, Access, or similar) and/or low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, UiPath);
- Demonstrated interest or experience in identifying and implementing automation or AI-driven process improvements (even at a basic level);
- Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate);
- Exposure to scripting or automation tools (Python, RPA, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and proactive learner with strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability.
- Works independently and inclusively, with a structured and goal-oriented mindset.
- English - advanced level (written and spoken)
- German - intermediate level (is an advantage)
- Willing to travel internationally.
