Job objective:

  • Support the Global Marketing team in daily business operations.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in daily business operations
  • Coordinate and organize meetings and events
  • Manage appointments and calendars
  • Create and edit presentations, reports, and documents
  • Communicate and correspond with internal and external partners
  • Assist in project planning and execution
  • Maintain and update systems like MS Teams
  • Maintain and update the Hospital Care Solution Management intranet presence
  • General administrative tasks
  • Provide support to assistant colleagues within the Hospital Care team

 

Professional competencies / Ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor / Master degree: medical / healthcare / hospital care related domains
  • Professional experience in an assistant role, ideally in a digital environment and with distributed workplaces
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
  • High level of initiative and reliability
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Basic knowledge of German is an advantage
  • Willing to travel internationally
